When and how will I get paid?
All monies paid by our holidaymakers are placed in a secure, client account from where we pay our owners by BACS transfer ↓
When will I get paid?
With Lakeland Retreats:
- Do not pay deposit payments to our owners.
- Pay you the full, net amount of the booking following the arrival date
- Therefore, a booking due to arrive in your property on 20th June would be paid to you on or around 7th of July
- When confirming a new booking to owners, the net amount due is shown on the confirmation invoice
