If there’s another lockdown, what happens to my Holiday Home Bookings?

As we did during the previous lockdowns in 2020, we followed the strict Government Guidelines and closed our business immediately. All guests were contacted in order of their holiday date and offered either a full refund or to move their dates forward by up to 12 months ahead. No administration fees were charged to guests for doing so.

We visit each of our retreats every two weeks to ensure you remain compliant with your insurance policies whilst the properties are shut down.
