A Flexible Layout to Suit Family and Friends

Set over three floors, the layout ensures that everyone can enjoy a good degree of privacy when needed. There’s plenty of living space to gather everyone together and plan your next adventure.

Entering the handy porch from the walled front garden, you’ll be welcomed into the comfortable lounge with deep cushioned sofas set around the TV and traditional wood-burning stove, surely the focal point of many an evening.

To the rear of the house, the dining room and separate kitchen sit proud, providing everything you’ll need to create a memorable evening meal or hearty breakfast. Set beyond the kitchen, take a seat on the outdoor patio and enjoy the last of the evening sun and the distant sound of village life.

Three excellent bedrooms; the first floor showcases a double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, while the top floor is home to the second double bedroom and family bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and WC – the perfect spot to soak away any aches and pains after a tough day on the fells! The soft, muted colour scheme and matching soft furnishings throughout create a really homely atmosphere and make this cottage a true gem.
