Lovely house, very close to the centre of Ambleside – cosy and warm if the weathers a bit wild. Very rapid response on a couple of minor maintenance issues. Would highly recommend.
Perfect location and very comfortable and well appointed – would be happy to stay again, and fully recommend to others. Thank you!
Fabulous house in an unbeatable location. A very easy stroll into the centre of Ambleside and the various walking trails. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to be back again soon.
Best holiday in years! Cant wait to visit again!
Great location. Five mins walk to Ambleside village centre.
We loved our stay in Ambleside. The place was perfect. It is an old house but very well heated and we had a fire going every night. The shower in the main bath room was great. Good water pressure and heat. The best about the house was its amazing location, right in the middle of Ambleside with lots of pubs and shops and good bus connection. We would definitely come back.
A perfect place to stay. The cottage has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Great for easy access to all amenities yet very quiet.
A spacious yet cosy house with open fires and everything that you need in a very convenient location. Offstreet parking, the check-in was extremely easy and the communication from the hosts was very good. Highly recommended.
