Great location, well-equipped property, very clean and tidy and presented to a very high standard. Very quiet, good parking and a really good base for exploring the lakes. We had a minor issue on arrival and this was resolved within an hour or reporting which was impressive. All in all, a perfect place to stay.

One of the best AirB&B that we have been too. Super location, quiet and private. Accommodation excellent, very clean, super shower room ,very comfortable beds . All made for a very enjoyable visit. Would highly recommend to anyone .

Beautiful location, generous space, clean with all amenities. Very peaceful and a short walk to centre of Ambleside and Ferries made it a great location to explore the Lake District. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful comfortable home! Just a en minute walk from Ambleside in a lovely and convenient spot for walks and the lake. Would highly recommend it. Comfortable and convenient but felt like we were much more rural amidst the beautiful scenery. Lovely nice touches including a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome. We will be back!

A lovely well equipped house. Very clean and comfortable. Ideally situated near Windermere and within a few minutes walk of Ambleside. A very happy family holiday and would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. We have a week with two kids and it was relaxing but also convenient. Ample space in the house, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic week! The weather looked like it would not be on our side, however we felt very lucky that the predicted rain was minimal and this further enhanced our stay. The property is extremely well situated, being approximately 10 minutes walk in either direction to Ambleside town and Lake Windermere. We didn’t need to take the car out once during the week from arrival until departing! We went on a lot of varied walks directly from the house, which was our aim and it was so nice to return each day to such a lovely place, with everything we needed. The main bedroom bed is undoubtedly the most comfortable one I’ve ever had the benefit of sleeping on and such a relaxing main bathroom to soak away the long walk aches! Our children loved the other 2 bedrooms too. We were very grateful for a welcoming bottle of Prosecco, milk in the fridge and for all of the essentials being provided - thank you very much Michelle, 100% recommended! ❤️

Great stay at the house. Very close to Waterhead to get the boat around Windermere. Also within walking distance of Ambleside. Lovely house!

The location - half way between the town and the lake - is perfect; it's only a short walk to dinner but the house is so peaceful. There's also plenty of parking space. The kitchen is very well equipped, and having both the shower room and a bath was great - it's good to be able to soak weary limbs after a long walk!

We were let down on route to another property and had to find something else really quickly. Michelle and her team were super responsive and helpful, making a stressful situation lots easier. The property was amazing, really well equipped, in a perfect location to walk into Ambleside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
