No doubt much of your time during the day will be spent hiking or cycling and exploring the great outdoors so when evening comes and it’s time to kick back and relax, dine in one of many renowned eateries such as Kysty, The Old Stamp House (awarded Trip Advisor’s Best Restaurant In The World – July 2021or Lucy’s On A Plate or enjoy one of the lively music nights at the newly opened Flying Fleece Pub and sample a couple of local craft ales from her sister venue The Tap Yard.

From the private parking spot at the front, step into a welcoming hallway and left into the bright room, bathed with light flooding through the full length, Bifold doors.  A King Size bedroom sits off here with direct access to the outside via patio doors. The adjacent, large shower room, presented in slate grey has a double cubicle, basin and WC.  There’s a useful utility room to the rear of the house where you’ll find a small run of units and sink housing the washer/dryer, the room having direct access to the outside by way of double French doors.

Oak stairs from the first floor are encased in a glass balustrade (do take care with children) and lead to a superb open plan living space with a designer kitchen, well fitted with an array of integrated appliances to include a double oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The sitting and dining area are flooded with light from the full height windows at the far end, the sumptuous furnishings perfect for relaxing or curling up on whilst watching TV or listening to some music.

Two more bedrooms on this floor are delightfully presented in a soft colour palette and complimenting oak flooring, one King Size and one Twin with Zip and Link beds (please ask if you require this settingup as a double) both with large windows to reflect plenty of light.     A wonderful house in a fantastic location for our family of five. We loved the two lounges and open plan upstairs; plenty of space for everyone to relax. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Great accommodation! The property is really suitable for a single family or even two family’s sharing due to the 2 spacious lounge areas available to give privacy when needed, and the utility room is fantastic! The beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are good, and the kitchen very well equipped. The location is also really good as it’s close to supermarkets a petrol station and restaurants / takeaways.

    Absolute stunning modern accommodation: Well equipped & very spacious. As a regular visitor to the lakes this has to be the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. We were lucky enough to get this at very short notice & we were delighted. The host was very quick to respond & all instructions were clear: very easy to deal with. Lovely welcome card & Prosecco on arrival (very nice touch). Look forward to returning
